Graeme Souness actually said that Rangers got chucked out the league 10 years ago “unfairly”. ****.
Did anybody push back against his Hun narrative? Walking away from over 100 million of debt after liquidation is hardly 'unfair'. Rangers weren't the first club sent to bottom to the bottom tier following a financial collapse.

What did he say?
The only time this season I’ve seen him smiling and then he was nearly in tears as he gushed about the magnificent Rangers support, what they’ve been through and how their demotion was so unfair. All this before the Liverpool game.
Hertz creep. I wish Roy Keane would just offer him outside one day in the absence of anyone else challenging him.

Celtic were on top in first half, then created a few chances in second half but last 20 minutes United looked more like scoring IMO. For all the shots Celtic had the majority were straight forward saves for Utd keeper.

Who would sack a manager who has win a league and European cup in the last 2 years because of a rough season, mainly because of brutal injuries?
I would say outside of City and Chelsea it wouldn't even be considered. Infact, outside of City, every single club in England would sack their current manager for Klopp in a heartbeat.

We would absolutely have been getting him sacked. The recent successes just increase the expectations and managers rarely get the benefit of the good work they’ve done when the slide happens. Their slide has been pretty dramatic.

No, injuries alone can't explain the form. No team before can have gone from 68 home games unbeaten to 6 straight home defeats. It's incredible, and they aren't even scoring any goals in the defeats; it's a complete collapse in form.

With the money spent and the success Klopp has just had, finishing outside the top 4 could be seen as sackable where the board is concerned. Klopp took over in 2015 so he's had time to build his squad and get them to the top, this season has been catastrophic for Liverpool, has he done all he can do there, maybe time for fresh ideas.

Yeh, fair play to Man Utd for holding on to the lead, but it’s no contest in terms of the football. City miles the better team. Bruno Fernandes wouldn’t get in that city midfield.

With a big leaning towards Benfica, but with an obvious following of Portuguese football, praise of Porto doesn't come naturally but the Dragons have been superb in a really good game in Turin against Juve. 6 across the back with 3 parked just in front ala Atletico Madrid style doesnt sound very exciting but they have defended brilliantly and broke with such speed turning that 6-3-1 into four and five breaking forward, they have created a good few chances. A very intriguing game.

VAR being in place is allowing a game to go back 90 seconds to award a penalty. It’s allowing humans to draw lines to determine offside. It is forcing referees to look at something and pressure them into making a decision as they’re being told to go to a screen. Without VAR none of that happens, the game runs normally and players can celebrate goals being scored.
6 minutes from game stopping to goal finally being scored, probably closer to 8 minutes from the actual penalty incident to penalty scoring. Shambles.

Exactly, the game is a shambles now, I don't know what's offside anymore , no idea what is handball, and celebrating a goal 3 minutes after its scored is just wrong. Get it tae ****, other than goaline decisions.

Always interesting to hear people’s opinions on VAR. Personally I think it is good for the integrity of the game. People often fail to praise the decisions which are correctly overturned and focus on finding ways to talk it down. There are definitely some flaws with it, which I think are mostly down to the actual rules put in place than VAR itself. Once the rules of the game become a lot more clearer I think it will be used more efficiently and be less time consuming. I feel as if off the ball incidents much like the incidents Morelos is prone to are cut down due to the use of VAR.
It very much splits opinion at the moment but I can’t see it going anywhere and from a personal feeling I hope it doesn’t.

I think there should be a time limit on VAR. If the refs in the control room can’t prove something was missed or that it’s offside within, say 30 seconds, the decision stands. 30 seconds should be long enough to check if something obvious had been missed. Anything longer and it’s not obvious or too marginal and should go with the on field decision IMO.

I think everyone will recognise it makes good decisions at times, however it’s an entertainment sport. Last nights shenanigans were awful. 8 whole minutes between penalty incident to goal. That’s not right and never will be right. That’s also nothing to do with the rules. They let play go for 2 minutes, they then checked a nothing incident for a few minutes to disallow the goal, to then go back to the original incident and give a penalty, before taking another 45 seconds to determine the keeper was about 3 inches off his line. If you enjoy that fair enough. I don’t and never will.
Again, take David Marshall’s penalty save in the play off. Nothing to do with rules, he physically couldn’t celebrate for 30 seconds until they decided if he stayed on his line. The players were on top of him, imagine they turned around and said he was an inch off his line? Players all trudging back to half way because of it.
Like I said no doubt it makes some good decisions, other times it makes a mockery of the game and goes actively looking for issues.

Ahead of the first leg, the German government banned Liverpool - or any UK team - entry into the country due to concerns over new strains of coronavirus present in the UK.
Similarly, travel restrictions the opposite way meant Leipzig would have needed to quarantine upon their return to Germany if the second leg was held at Anfield.

Incredible save by McGregor.
Decent 2nd half from Huns but you still feel Prague have more to give. 2nd leg should be interesting.
Only watched the first half and the last 10 minutes and Prague were decent. Looking at the stats Prague seemed to be the more dominant. Hopefully knock them out next week.

I think it'll be a cracker, Rangers to go out on the away goals rule.

Outragous save from the angry guy.
I shouted goal when it came rocketing off the guys head.

I wouldn't bet on that.

I wouldn't bet on that.
I bet 1-1 on tonight's game. I'll be going 2-2 at Ibrox.

Good result for them tonight, and great for the coefficient with Kyiv losing to Villareal. Hopefully Roma do the job against Shakhtar tonight too.
That save from McGregor at the end is up there with the best I've seen. To not only get to the ball and keep it out AND keep a hold of it was sensational.

Arsenal
after a quick sketch at sides left, if they do go through i think they would definitely want to avoid the winners of Man u/Milan, and probably keen on avoiding these four as well
Arsenal
Spurs
Roma
Ajax

Winner of AC Milan vs Man united, Spurs, Ajax. Neither of rest are a walkover at this stage of the tournament either, including Roma and Arsenal. Granada or Villarreal the only two on track to go through against which rangers would be favourites IMO.

Tierney excellent again. I think he's better going forward than Robertson - maybe another dilemma for Steve Clarke.

Scotland get more out of Tierney inside Robertson, than they would if they had Tierney left wing back and someone else left centre half IMO.
I still think Robertson is better in that position anyway, however even if he was slight worse, it’s better to have both in the team than only one and Robertson can’t play anywhere else.
