I think the argument would be that Cosgroves chance was a much more difficult chance than a penalty. If he wouldn’t have got the advantage if he missed he’d have been as well just leaving the ball.

If player A take ours player B on the halfway line but player C picks up possession and it's 4 on 2, playing advantage only guarantees them a chance to do something worthwhile. They might make a complete arse of it within five seconds, but it's still better than a free kick.

If Aberdeen win their game in hand(against Sellick), we're in 4th, 2 back of 2nd, if its a draw, we're 3rd on gd 3 back of 2nd, if they lose, we're 3rd, a point clear of them. It's going to depend on our results against the Dons, but if we can win 2 of 3 we've got 3rd tied up, and from there on we push for 2nd:greengrin

His yellow was a poor raking studs down the Achilles, he then had 5 fouls at least including the ones you mention, then the penalty which was arguably borderline red as the boy had a free strike on goal. No idea how he finished the game.

Good result for us. Lennon will go into meltdown fairly soon. There are signs similar to when he was with us with bizarre selections. We need to keep winning as this could be a chance of Champions league however unlikely that seems. When 10 in a row is gone Celtic may crumble and we need to make sure we are there to take advantage.
