I'm surprised that anyone is surprised that there appears to be two teams who are benefiting from VAR on a weekly basis. Both seem to have different rules in what goes on depending on if it's in their penalty area or the oppositions

Real and credible threats received. They’ve been ordered to stay away. This decision won’t have been taken lightly. Why should the ground have been closed? Female CEOs car was attacked after last game. You can only give so much protection against genuine threats of violence.

Everton's board of directors missed Saturday's Premier League game against Southampton because of a "real and credible threat to their safety".

The club said the directors were advised not to attend Goodison Park following "threatening correspondence".
