Whilst this was happening Hibernian contacted Swindon Town to renegotiate on the fee that was previously agreed and started to offer lower figures and change the structure of the deal.

If true that’s absolutely shocking

I really hope it isn't true..because if it is then we entered negotiations in bad faith with both Swindon and the player. Even if we "win" on this occasion, it is potentially damaging for our reputation and image in future transfer dealings.

McClelland was very hit and miss in the league cup games.

No doubt he looked decent at times but there were also times when he looked like a lost little boy.

I didn’t think he looked like someone close to first team football who needed games (Kenneh looks like that to me).

Fish’ credentials from a dodgy loan spell at Stockport don’t sound great, but does he not only need to be an upgrade on McGregor to have been worthwhile?

The Manchester Evening News article suggests he's coming to play - particularly as Man Utd recalled him from Stockport last season due to him not getting game time.
