Who has he shifted here, there and everywhere?
Obvious example was playing Scotty wide right.
Stirling & Campbell are out on loan with Arbroath at the moment. I think Stirling's been starting regularly since his move.
Oh aye, forgot Ben went on loan also, ta.

Asking a midfielder to play on the right isn't exactly here, there or everywhere tbf.
Allan should have enough about him to have coped and contribute more than he did. Appreciate this has already been done to death. But that's hardly the most disastrous tactical decision ever. Likewise when Flo plays out on the left of a front 3. We're not asking wingers to pay at CH, or strikers to play in goals here.

Would it be asking a lot to have players play their natural positions? Shifting players here there and everywhere is a nonsense.
That's what I don't get, get players signed early get them into a settled formation. Nearly two months later nobody has any idea what's going on formation wise.

Your right he isn't stubborn he seems to have a totally different team every week.
Indeed. That is much more of a problem than his stubbornness.
Perfect example of someone just making something up to have a shot at him where there is plenty of non fictional ammunition.

Aye that's the obvious benefits of getting your signings in early. :faf:
Although i know the usual subject will be along anytime soon with a valid excuse, why we've not been better. :greengrin

Yet people complain about Mallan not being able to play a deeper role, or Newell out wide.
Allan was lost on the right and struggled to get involved. He has no pace to threaten the full back and isn't defensive minded so provided no protection to Gray. That is evidence that it's harder than it looks to be versatile.

And I think we can be reasonably confident that that'll be the last Hibs-related transfer news until the winter.
