Im not sure ive ever seen him play (are the Cheifs the least broadcast team ever?) But I read hes the alltime leader for avg yard per carry with 5.8. Thats an incredible average.

Once the person before you has made their pick the you will then have 24 hours to make yours. If you don't make the pick within 24 hours the pick will be moved to the end of the draft.

Edit: I'm updating the board whenever a new selection is made and bring it forward a page each time we move on.

I had Witten last year. He was dire :greengrin. Do you think he'll do better than Gronk this year? With all the Hernandez crap I'd have thought he'd see even more of the ball and could put massive numbers up (by tight end standards that is).

Irrespective of my mess, I think Witten is more reliable than Gronk - his arm still hasn't fully healed and he's only JUST had the cast removed so I think he's a gamble in all honesty.

I toyed with him rather than Cobb but I don't fancy the Cardinals to experience a huge turnaround in fortune. Palmer isn't terrible (he put up some decent numbers with Oakland last year as my backup QB). I don't agree with his high ranking position just now but if he drops to later rounds I'd consider him.

...I'd also be happy with Matt Ryan or Matthew Stafford as my starter. There's about 15 QBs who have a realistic shot at the being the leagues best passer IMO. You can't say that about running backs or receivers where you really have to draft one of the big names.

I'm suspecting Alex Smith might be your untested gamble - either him or Carson Palmer.

I obviously don't expect confirmation/denial but they're 2 undiscussed QBs who could potentially have excellent years in their new institutions.

I've no doubt he's a quality QB but I do feel he's being overhyped because of the run to the Superbowl IMO.

These new-wave quarterbacks are exciting, but they lack the elite supporting casts and have to make plays with their legs because the plays aren't there down the field. And of course, that style of play tends to increase a quarterback's injury risk. Of all the read-option passers, Kaepernick scares me the most. He's coming off a Super Bowl run, leading to huge hype and expectations. That means that as good as he is, he'll likely be overvalued in drafts. Plus, Kaepernick lost his leading receiver, Michael Crabtree, to a serious Achilles injury. Kaepernick has great potential, but he's a relatively inexperienced quarterback on a run-first team. He's got Anquan Boldin now from the Ravens. I think he'll have another big year. (Although you have to figure at least one of last seasons rookie class of Wilson Kaepernick Luck and Griffin will have a sophomore dip. Happens a lot with QBs).

I feel more nervous about this year's draft than last year's. I didn't know what I was doing last year so picking high ranked players just made sense. That still holds true but I now know that high ranked players can tank and low ranked players can be stand outs. So even though I am using cheat sheets it's not clear that I am making the right choices. Who knows? It's a crap shoot for the most part.

It'll just be a website's rankings - nfl.com, espn (Matthew Berry's are always worth a look), CBS etc all have their own fantasy experts who rank players. It's handy enough for judging what round a player should be drafted, however they'll never be 100 percent accurate. E.g My best player last year was Doug Martin who I picked up in Round 8, whilst Stafford and MJD who I drafted in rounds 2 and 3 were disappointing relative to the round I picked them up in.
