I usually do that too. Very difficult to predict how a defense will perform season to season.

Very true but the disparity between most Ds is quite small. You get top Ds and bottom Ds, and the rest are about the same. At least compared to other positions I mean. Ds even play erratically from one week to the next and we can't forget that it's D and ST, and it's hard to predict punt returns for TDs, etc.

Each to their own. I've never won a FF contest so it's not like my opinion is any better than anybody else's. :)

Because some people have added colouring and numbers. ;)

I did that to easily differentiate between players by position. The number is their bye week. Feel free to colour code your own list any which way you want.

I'm driving to Vermont very shortly and I may not have access to the net when it is my turn. I really don't know because I don't know when my turn will be. I'm going to take a risk and post my picks now knowing that someone could snatch a player away from me.

For my last two picks I would like:
RB - Bobby Rainey.
Kicker - Blair Walsh.

If either of those players are gone then I want the best available player at that position as per whatever cheat sheet your using. I want my kicker to be my last pick. If those players are available when it's my turn, don't even wait for me to make the pick myself, just go ahead and make it for me to keep things moving along. The next two times I think I will be in cell coverage is about midnight tonight or 2pm tomorrow (your time).

There was a really good film analysis of him on nfl network last season, showing him constantly shredding cornerbacks, being wide open and the Bills poor qbs like Fitz and Manuel missing him again and again.

Honestly I am not 100%. At this stage of the draft (with the expanded teams) unless you have found a gem in the rough it's difficult picking players. I don't follow College ball enough to spot a sleeper of a new player to be honest and I haven't had time to go through all the training camp reports.

NFL.com is probably the best place to view the fantasy stuff but the new app is pretty sweet looking, much better than last seasons IMO.

Sorry the draft is so long but it's probably the best way to do it. Hopefully we can get together next year and get it done a bit quicker. Remember the first game is on Thursday when Green Bay get revenge for the Fail Mary so have your line ups ready for then.

"Brady also was at the Kentucky Derby in May. Asked if he saw Welker taking anything there, he laughed really hard and said, "No comment on that.""

Surely Brady should have just said, "No, I didn't see him taking anything," saying, "no comment" just arouses more suspicions IMHO.

Two people had auto pick switched on which means 0s for their picks. That saves some time. Conversely, some people did not have auto pick switched on but let the clock run down to 0s each time (they probably weren't logged in) so that makes their picks take 30 seconds longer than need be. The ESPN draft center is pretty cool. You can see who has gone, you can look at other rosters, you can filter available players, you can trash talk, etc. Some people may have their own cheat sheets but I think most people use the lists provided by ESPN. You can also drag players you want to an area of the screen and make your picks quicker when it's your turn, assuming the players are still available. Overall a good experience.
