The only way it can realistically done now is a mutual agreement to drop a player each and hope nobody else in the league tries to claim them off of waivers. But yeah, I'm pretty sure the trade deadline is early in November.

Can we perhaps use similar ground rules for the draft as last year? 12 hours per pick, and if missed, end of the round. With 14 people, I don't want to use the 24 hours on the first round, as it could theoretically take 2 full weeks to get through that.

Thanks for setting things up! Happy to do either offline or live draft, will try to set aside time for it if everyone is keen for a live draft. Sunday night seemed to work ok the last time we did a live draft. Another benefit of the live draft is we can do it later so that any injuries pre-season aren't as devastating for a team, especially if you draft now and then lose your first round pick.

If we are doing the offline draft we need to get going quickly though, so I'd be happy with random name selection for draft order and happy to stick to 12 hours per pick maximum even in the first round.
