A weak foundation caused by a very unreliable keeper should be the first thing to fix imo. It’s true but as everyone knows we are incapable of winning a game party as we can’t keep 11 players on the pitch but also because of yet more poor recruitment , and appointing a rookie manager and assistant who have been shown to be out Thier depth
