Very harsh dropping Miller. He has probably been our best player over the last month or so. I hope Whittaker has a great night but in the limited time he has had I have seen nothing that suggests he is ready for teh first team in anything but his attitude. He seems confident enough but tonight will give us a better idea against a team who attack down teh wings and who have fullbacks who are dangerous. Campbell is due a run and if him playing means the Hibees number 9 plays at number 9 then it may be well worth it. Our squad is paper thin

I’ve only got it on the radio but Michael Stewart who says he normally thinks keepers are over protected (and is no stranger to criticising us) thought it was totally ridiculous that the referee never blew straight away as was a clear clattering foul.

I was raging about the result on Saturday and there is no doubt Monty has made mistakes but I think this is spot on.

I really like the way he's set us up to attack teams and if we can bring in 2-3 first team players in January that can fit into the system and style of play he's looking for, I think we'll be in for a good season.

I was raging about the result on Saturday and there is no doubt Monty has made mistakes but I think this is spot on.

I really like the way he's set us up to attack teams and if we can bring in 2-3 first team players in January that can fit into the system and style of play he's looking for, I think we'll be in for a good season.

Think he’s played well. Pretty much been involved with all our good chances. Tracks back well too, which makes it harder for their player to play a pass

It’s easy for us all to see where the danger lies and all you can do is hope and pray that the management team see it and take action - you’d like to think that they could try something to sort it during the game though.

That’s been the issue. He’s getting isolated (albeit only at the latter stage of the first half) and Fish has had a few shaky moments - which as Whittaker’s partner on the right, doesn’t help things.

I don’t think Rory has done much wrong, and plenty right.

My thoughts too. He's been fine, the issue isn't him, it's them doubling up on him when going forward and Elie doesn't track back, might be worth swapping Elie and Jair as Jair puts in a shift and will help defensively.

St Mirren on top that last 10 mins. Robinson will change things at half time and have them fired up. Nothing surer. We need to change too even if it’s just personnel. Need to do it at half time and not make two or three changes at the same time during the second half as that seems to be our downfall of late. Whittaker off and Miller on would be a start. I’d like to see Jeggo on too.Possibly for Newell who seems hell bent on doing something daft.

I dont think we have been "very dominant". We have looked dangerous when we have went forward, but for some reason we are sitting back moving the ball back to Marshall at every opportunity, asking for trouble if you ask me, play to your strengths, attack them.
