As soon as Melkerson goes off Stevenson will stop launching it out of play, the midfield will find their passes and Le Fondre will make some kind of/any kind of contribution leading the line. Merkerson is so far off the required ability it’s scary. It’s frankly embarrassing now. They’ve been great servants to the club but if we want to progress we need to not play with Stevenson and Hanlon, definitely more so Stevenson - receive the ball, cut inside, pass, repeat.
