That type of dream is pretty standard for me, and has been for a few years.
When I was a kid, I used to wake up with incredibly bad panic attacks and those resurfaced a few years ago, due to a very stressful time in my life. I think what I had as a child it's now called 'dissociative disorder'
I can now deal with the, only very occasional, panic attacks and get through the weird dreams by talking about them with my (very understanding) wife, and we laugh about how daft they were.Last edited by Keith_M; 27-06-2025 at 06:18 PM.
