5 or so of them were fighting up the back of the stand during the game too. It's getting a bit out of hand.

The stewards looked like they were the ones throwing the punches. No was arrested which tells you everything about a non incident involving a handful of daft boys and over aggressive stewards. The ultras are just a passing phase like the casuals, skinheads and bover boot boys before them. Rather than ban fans they should be encouraged to enjoy the game without the violence

Why did a crowd of them run out of the stand attempting to gain access to section R (Aberdeen end) prior to this incident?

I witnessed the above with my own eyes and their intent was to cause trouble, nothing else.

Everywhere they go, trouble follows, yet we still have apologists trying to explain away these incidents.

Nobody else yesterday had any issue with the stewards/police at the ground, only these clowns.

    That should tell you everything.

    Not sure about that
I was sitting in the seat nearest the red segregation rope. The area below was pelted by missiles from the nearest few rows of the Aberdeen support, there was 13 rows between us
Cup, vapes etc were thrown, the stewards and the police turned a blind eye to it

It shouldn't be swept under the carpet. In fact I'd welcome a transparent investigation. I don't think anyone is entirely blameless here.

I know Kensell loved them like his own kids for some weird reason, I thought after he left, they'd lose all their stupid privileges, obviously not.
The club have not appointed his replacement yet. but this something the club and the new CEO will need to address.

Get in touch with the ticket office and they’ll sort you out with a “liquid pass” for your daughter. Top notch service and avoids the regular arguments with the stewards upon entry.

Agree with your B7 comments too btw - just wanted to highlight the liquid pass.

I didn't know that either, thanks so much for sharing

Really liked the tifo before the game.

Credit to whoever sorted all that - definitely added to the occasion and atmosphere.

Hopefully they can sort a Europe themed one for final game against the Huns.

Anyone got any pictures they can post of today’s effort.

Seen the Vatican flag at few games recently. Embarrassing, as you say.

A VATICAN flag?!?!? Dearie me, I'm not sure even the Green Brigade are that cringe/desperate for attention. Stand to be correct obviously.

Never noticed it until my son asked me why what Hibs association is with the Vatican, I honestly couldn't answer him .

I didn’t see the Tifo as I sit above them but why do the guys who bring the banner up to the top tier need to wear full face masks?

One was asked to remove it three times by a steward so I’m assuming they are banned but he just pushed past him each time and ignored him, very odd behaviour.

Enjoyed the display, and the bit of comedy with one half of banner upside down and the struggle to get it round right way before realising they had to swap sides or it was never going to work! All looked good in the end.

The Vatican flag I didn’t notice, but I have to admit that it’s not something I can say is particularly troublesome or offensive. Not something to be getting too bothered about for me anyway.

Vatican flag, jesus, wtf has that got to do with Hibs.

I'm guessing the balaclavas is still something to do with Crimewatch.

Just wee laddies playing at being ultras copying other wee laddies playing at being ultras, they all seem to have a good time, put money into supporting the club home and away and back the team. We were all young once, some would do well to remember that, it's hardly offending anyone bar the easily offended.

You don't have to be Einstein to work out Hibernians connection to the Vatican. Oh by the way that last pope was great.

Was a bit disappointing to see the banner the right way up, would have liked that tradition to stay... tifo looked quality though!

Do they get re-used? I'm not aware of clubs rolling out the same ones repeatedly but also would seem weird if it's just binned.
    Mon the Hibs.

They are excellent at times. Putting them front and center in the FF stand this seaon was a great thing.

Did we play the Vatican in a friendly? The connection is no more relevant in 2025 than taking a flag with Mecca on it or a Scientology flag.

Which people are more than welcome to bring if they want. Why do people care so much about flags?
