I disagree. Whilst what you say may be true for some Christian denominations, I attend Mass every Sunday using various churches throughout Edinburgh and when I travel abroad regularly. The congregations are, generally, diverse in terms of both age ranges and ethnicity. Oh, and your chat about not attracting new members is also nonsense.
