Brexit has made clear that many of labour's heartland red wall Socialists are not International Socialists. To win them back he has to show that he and Labour are not revolutionaries willing to destroy British culture (whatever that is) in favour of Johnny Foreigner. The red flag needs to be replaced by a red, white and blue one and the bigger the better. An attack on the democratically elected prime minister in todays political climate is tantamount to treason.

The important question isn’t ‘is Boris ****’, it’s is he stealing YOUR money from you to give to his mates.

I’m so glad someone is saying this finally, no surprise it’s Monbiot and no surprise the mainstream media doesn’t touch him anymore.

The “both” in my reply to you was referring to Corbyn and Starmer.

Exactly, it's his disguise, like Rees-Mogg's top-hat and alleged Christian values. A veneer to hide the greed.

Johnson completely lost his rag at PMQs today. He knows he's in trouble. Still lying that only Brexit made the vaccine rollout possible though.

I don’t think he will survive this to be honest. Sadly, as he was handy for indyref 2 and I was counting on him refusing a referendum.

Gove will be favourite to take over though. An even more right wing idealogue who hates the country of his birth and will continue with the line of refusing a referendum. He's a sleekit ******* as well who will be loved by the dyed in the wool Tories but won't appeal to any one else. He won't make any negative difference to the independence push

Just watched a bit, he's "taking back control" by going completely tonto over things that weren't questioned. An inept baby.

He certainly did, ranting, shouting and pointing his finger at Starmer whilst letting his anger boil over. He actually displayed his nasty, aggressive and hateful true self, showing his real character.

Yes, Boris is a bufoon, an elitist and a chancer. Gove is definitely sleekit and also a real nasty piece of work. Both are a shot in the arm to the independence movement.

The snake that is Gove is completely off the radar at the moment as he's in his bunker controlling the anti Bozo spin.

The phrase 2 cheeks of a very similar erse has never been more relevant, as someone remarked above, shuffling the bungler that is Bozo out the way just really changes the puppet, the puppeteers are still largely in place.

Its almost as if Bozo was allowed to be leader to deliver brexit as he would say just about anything and leave a mess behind but wouldn't be around for long so it didn't matter.

Apparently Boris Johnson will have the final say on whether Boris Johnson has done anything wrong!! I suspect I know what the verdict will be.

It worked for Patel's breach of the ministerial code so a different outcome seems unlikely here.

He's a sort of Kim Jong Un with slightly worse dress sense but we got to vote for him.

It's truly astonishing. Unionists were calling Scotland a one party state recently. But when our FM was accused of wrongdoing she was in front of a committee for 8 hours giving evidence. She also was subject to an independent review from a legal expert from Ireland. In England ****ing Johnson seems to be the sole arbiter of what is right and wrong. Which one looks like a one party state? Westminster is corrupt and the sooner we are out of it the better

Its essentially a gang who all have enough dirt on each other so no one's going to lose their job anytime soon, the arbiter of what is right and wrong is as compromised as the rest and it's not as if the history, morals and character of the individuals involved were unknown.

Democracy gave them the majority to do what they like, including closing down democracy when it doesn't suit.

It all depends what Cummings wants. He knows where the bodies are buried. If he wants to bring Johnson down then Johnson will fall and take a few with him. If he wants finacial gain or influence, then he'll have finacial gain and influence. If anything, Gove will be more of a Cummings puppet than Johnson.

Agreed, I dont think it's any more complicated than Cummings goes back a way with Gove, he holds a lot of cards and will play just enough to undermine Bozo to the point he'll have to jump or push back.

There will be dirt on Cummings too and we are talking about the Nasty party here so it could just be case of sitting back watching whilst the unspeakable pursues the inedible, to paraphrase.

Yep the process, governance and reporting of the two governments is completely night and day. Corrupt sums it up.
