I got vouchers from BA within a week.

Amex are a bit slow in dealing with my claim for the hotel booking but there’s no rush.
I don't want vouchers or rearranged bookings. Even if this period of disruption ends quickly there may be several more before this all plays out. Who knows what would be happening at time of rearrangement or if the airline will be around to honour the vouchers?

Easyjet are totally at it. Reports of people being told by their call centres that they can't get their money back then being hung up on.
