They're reasonably confident overby that all is hunky dory on the wages front. This is based on previous experiences of how the club behaved prior to non-payments previously and what they think is in the kitty from the share issue and McGowan transfer. One punter reckons that, with the cash they've got and a good crowd at their cup semi, they will have enough to pay bonuses, tax installments and wages till the end of the season. Jambonomics?

Next they'll be discussing transfer targets and collectively thrashing one out over the imminent arrival of Skacel, conveniently forgetting the punishments imposed on them by those nasty blazers at the SFA. Fuds.
I'd rather sheeeite in my hands and start clapping than support that rotten institution."Play for the name on the front of the jersey and the supporters will remember the name on the back"

Also seems like they have conveniently forgotten all their other debts and the problems are now all solved just becasue they can pay the very basic costs of operating for a few more weeks.Mental.

So why have we not had it confirmed whether they have been paid yet? Journo's not doing any work today?

If they haven't been paid it'll soon be common knowledge. The main dressing room leaks (Stevenson and Driver) are still there.

Considering the silence coming out of them today and that every time they've made a payment to their employees over the past year or so, they've announced it in such a way that you would have been forgiven for thinking that they had just signed Lionel Messi, I'm guessing that their players and coaching staff are effectively doing voluntary work for another month!
It's ok though because John McGlynn's wife works!

Of course they have
That's how big clubs operate surely?
It's not every month in recent times it's been on Sky Sports breaking news or all over the media that they have no money and can't afford to pay their staff.
The club with no shame and no money :giruy:

They've been very very quiet today to say the least....
Don't they usually consider paydays to be a celebratory event?

What happened to that goal machine from Lithuania they were meant to be signing in time for the New Year derby ?
Are they currently on a signing ban?
I'm losing track of all these bans - When are Sevco allowed to sign players again ?
