I always knew the size of the horseshoe although a lady did say to me once, it's not the size that matters. It's what you do with it that counts.
As for your family, I ment can you no buy the jersey and get it sent to their address instead of over here? That way you can get them to send it as a gift and therefore avoid any taxes etc.... Also for everyone else reading, if you can't get a gift you might be able to get it second hand or under the value of $30 and you don't pay taxes. You just got to find a nice man who'll tick the right boxes for you
.
You'll have no problem getting a Pats jersey over here in any case. It'll just be limited to 2 or 3 players.
Remember guy's. If your still looking for a cup final ticket the club are selling some at 6pm online. Hope anyone no got one gets lucky.

Cheers again,

Oh dear, payday is going to be a mess now I've discovered that site. Thanks for posting it up! Now just to decide whether I really need Seahawks Xbox controllers!
Has anyone ever played football over here? My flatmate and I were looking at going along to train with the Aberdeen Roughnecks (who have just been accepted into the BAFANL) and coincidentally their manager stopped us on the street the other day (I was carrying an american football) and asked if we wanted to join. Unfortunately they train on Sundays and I work Sundays but I think I'll try and get along at some point.

As the UConn squad is a wee bit smaller than the bigger schools, most of the folks I trained with were eventually regulars in the team.
A few of them went on to play in the NFL - one was on the roster in San Diego last year (Kendall Reyes), Lawrence Wilson (Tennessee), Jordan Todman (Minnesota), Anthony Sherman (Arizona), Marcus Easley (Buffalo), Reggie McClain (Atlanta). Sadly, this was also the same year when Jasper Howard was part of the Huskies and was stabbed to death in the hours after we beat Louisville in Hartford. Never knew him really, but it certainly put a black mark on the season.
The real standout for me was Johnny McEntee, who was in his second year at UConn at the time. He broke through last year and started most games and is now in his senior year, so will enter the draft and hopefully into the NFL at the end of the forthcoming NCAA season. He became quite famous after his Trickshot Quarterback video appeared online. His accuracy was frightening, but at that point, he was still working on strength, maneuvering and play recognition.Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Quite a few have played then! Impressive indeed from TSSF especially! Problem for me is that I'm not quick, or strong, or good at catching or throwing or kicking so am unsure where I'll slot in besides as waterboy but I'll give it a shot for a few weeks anyway!
As for Sunday, I'm straight back up to Aberdeen after the match tomorrow so am missing all the potential festivities in Edinburgh.

I don't mean that to sound overly grand or anything - a lot of the time, there was a group of us who trained separately away from the main team to allow them to get on with it. It's a bit like Uni sport over here, whereby there are different levels of ability and they were very much the equivalent of the "first" team. However, it was an honour to train with these guys on the few occasions we were all put to
A wee bit intimidating when you see the size of these guys though, as their weight programmes had evidently been in place since high school. I'm about 5'9" and quite slight of build so very easily knocked down. The myth that the QB is never hit in training is well established, but I can assure you, you take one or two at that level and taking hits with my physique from some of these guys was a brutal experience!
I reckon JM probably can make it. He looked a lot more self assured when I watched him in the few games I seen of UConn last year, despite the Huskies taking beatings at the same time.Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Calvin, potentially decent Seahawk trade for TE Kellen Winslow. At the end of his career but a quality player.

If anyone does order off FansEdge you can use a 10% discount code SAVINGM5.
Also if you go on as a US User then change to International Shipping at Checkout it works out cheaper since you get the Jersey for $99.99 rather than $114.99.
Ordered my Nicks 88 Jersey today, will let you all know if I get hit with any customs fees!

Before that the wife and I are moving to Chicago (her hometown), which means no longer will we be forced to watch the game in the wee hours on some crappy stream online. It's gonna be good. Added to that is some hope after the Bears ditched Mike Martz and signed some decent players this off-season.

Jersey came from FansEdge yesterday (ordered 31/5, arrived 6/6).
Had no extra shipping charges or taxes
The top itself is much better fitted than the reebok versions especially the sleeves! I ordered a medium and would say that was perfect for me (I'm roughly 6ft and quite slight in build).
Overall I'm more than happy with FansEdge and would recommend to anyone!
Now for the Big Blue to repeat the feat!

We were doing OK last season (before the injuries) and you would have to think the team will be better with the new players. I'm relatively new to this but I read online Martz's system was the worst possible for a weak o-line, lots of deep drops, little of allowing Culter to move around (supposedly what he does best) and no audibles. IF the system is designed to play to our strentghs then maybe the o-line and Cutler will look a lot better. Cutler quite obviously hated Martz's system - there is a great video of Cutler telling Martz to "go F*** himself" when he was given one play he didn't like during a game - so a happier more settled Cutler will hopefully perform better. We just need to sort out the Forte situation now.
Looking forward to playing the cheeseheads and the Lions are just plain dirty, hopefully we'll teach them a lesson in the autumn/winter!Bear down!
