You could see Jude was getting abuse during the game. When he scored he, quite understandably, was giving a bit back and started the cupped ear. Noticable that Kane just caught him gave him a hug and engaged him in a bit of celebration - showing his age and experience.
Remember this guy is 21 - think of some of the things you did at 21 (or pehaps don't:greengrin) I think given the spotlight he is under and has been since a 17 year old first teamer at Birmingham, he does amazingly well. Definitely has no shortage of confidence, and regularly backs that up
