If we fail to recruit defenders who are comfortable on the ball and unable to pick out a pass when under pressure this is why Gray has changed tactics.

We lost loads of goals last season through Montgomery's stubborn approach and not recognising the players just could not do it. Clearly Gray has decided Expiteta & O'Hora can't either.

For me that is a big step in the right direction. We may not like it but that is why the tarts have been decent for a number of seasons. They are difficult to play against first and foremost then they manage to sneak a goal or two and end up winning matches. I'll take that any day
