A wee bit better in the second half but still not enough to give me comfort going forward. Celtic always looked like they had another gear of they needed it. The biggest positive is Bowie looks exactly the type of player we have been crying out for, for years! Hibs sort the midfield and we'll look sooo much better. You know what to do.

Hopefully Hoilett and N Cadden plus a couple of midfielders (at least) will lift the performance levels. Move out some of the dead wood and hopefully free up space for a couple more signings.

The small amount of time molotnikov played in the ten area was promising. He was a bit isolated first half as was Boyle. Playing a wide system definitely didn’t do us any favours today. Next week I think we should stifle the midfield with a narrow 5 in the middle.

Just home now and had time to think about the game, ekpiteta doesn't look that good but hopefully getting up to speed with the Scottish game, obita was poor, looked quite slow today, Campbell, newell and Levitt are a poor midfield, I'd have swapped all of them, myko looks very unfit, Boyle not good again, Bowie looked decent as did rudi when he went into the middle

You hear talk about standards but ours are absolutely non existent.

Can take losing, especially to them, but we have so little about us as a team. No spirit, no leadership, no desire.

Sad thing is there was actually a decent crowd in today who were desperate for something to get behind.

It was a rubbish performance. We all know our midfield is rubbish. I didn’t expect anything from today. We are still trying to sort things out. The laddie McCowan looks good, and would be a great addition. I feel we need a big strong midfielder who can see/play a pass. Very hard to find that, but if we can, and sign McCowan, we will be in a really good place. At least when he made changes, we looked better. Bowie looks like the steal of the century. Can’t wait to see more of him in a a Hibs shirt.

We should have picked up Kuhn’s run, and McGregor should never have had the space he did for that shot. I don’t expect anything next week either. Celtic are a very good side. That is not defeatist. When we get the midfield sorted, as I have said above, we will push Celtic and Rangers in games.

As the board have been pilloried for saying, we need to trust the process. Gray is a winner, that is why we all love him and call him Sir David. Do you think he can’t see what we can see? I trust him and Malky more than any of the managers we have had, for a very long time.

Bowie will be brilliant for us, and will make us a lot of money. The signing of Hoilett has also gone a bit under the radar, as we signed Bowie. He will be a very good signing for us too.
