You can order a hard copy of your vaccine certificate or take a screenshot on your phone.

You will need your unique code that is on your 2nd vaccination letter.

I didn’t receive any letters - I got mine early through being a healthcare worker. So early, the systems that were put in place later were in their infancy and I had to arrange it all over the phone and it was a bit of a pest to do.

Somehow I’ll figure it out…

But if you logon to the site, put in your details and dates of your vaccinations, you should be able to get it

2000 tickets going on sale this afternoon. Hibs are STILL waiting for the council to confirm if they can get more through the door.

Absolute disgrace they’re still waiting for confirmation from the council a few days before the game

Log in or register on the vaccination site. You can request a paper copy or rake a screenshot.

Or, if like me, you don't have a smartphone you can print it out from a pc/laptop. Not so easy to carry around but I put mine in a plastic flimsy and it folds to fit my pocket. This saved me waiting for the post.

Interesting the club are thanking the Council for helping them work through the application.

I wonder if they’ve not outright denied the 9,000 but want us to alter or amend plans slightly to allow that to happen?

Sounds like the club and council are working together though which is surely a positive thing?

The twitter post refers you to the same code of conduct guidelines for the Arsenal game. So guessing that means no proof of flow gets to get in? Just guessing mind you.

There are probably one or two people at the council trying to help Hibs get as many people in as possible but are bouncing back and forward between Hibs & the SG.

Again, this is a first-time situation under new levels, etc. and, while it's obviously not ideal, there's more to be managed by the various authorities than just Hibs game on Thursday night.

It doesn't say unfortunately. The news update on the official site doesn't state which stands the tickets will be available in.

If it goes to a general sale (unlikely I'd think) the tickets will be £24 to non ST holders.

Pity there are no concessions and I can see why the club are putting the tickets out. I hope there has been thought given to how tickets will be allocated for games the ST covers. Surely it will not be first come first serve and it needs to include a way of keeping families, particularly those at the same address, together. These games could have been used as test cases

There is nothing to indicate that proof of vaccination or evidence of a negative test will be needed. The Code of Conduct is referenced and there is nothing at all in there about tests or vaccination status. As things stand at this moment.

There is though. We’re not playing at Pittodrie - their ground will have unique features that will have to be worked around, like ours will.

My work opened up a year or so. Thousands of places, similar but with distinct features all had to submit their own “risk assessments” in order to open up. Some still haven’t opened.

In all likelihood the venues will be similar, with a similar result. But there are more reasons than “discrimination” for that not to be the case.

Obviously sounds like Hibs were waiting for green light for more but nothing stopping these tickets being sold earlier.

Last week we were given special dispensation to allow 2,000 fans in for that one match after initially asking for 6,000.

As Edinburgh was in level 2 until today the maximum allowed inside Easter Road without the council/Scottish Government allowing more was 500.

I might be wrong but it sounds like you are taking an opportunity to have a pop at Hibs. What advantage would there have been in selling 2000 tickets last week then going on to sell a further batch this week? Any advantage at all - other than folk knowing a wee bit ahead of others that they were ok and had managed to secure a ticket.

They will also have to deal with applications from HoMFC for games at Tynie against ICT on Sunday and Celtic the following weekend. These will have to be judged by the same criteria so I can’t see low numbers at Easter Road and full house at the Budge dome.

Hopefully they are not so good now.
Dangerman Colak plays in Greece now but that is the extent of my knowledge of their players.
Current dangerman is probably 28 year old Josip Drmic who is on loan from Norwich. He previously played in Germany and has 35 Swiss caps.

Maybe you should think twice about your endless use of the term "dicks".. decent people have that as their first and surnames, do you think that they might find that a bit insulting?

I don't think that even my biggest "haters" (for want of a better term) on here could blame me for the expression.

Anyway, unpleasant as it might be I'm sure they're used to it.

My nickname growing up was doughnut - I manage.

It seems quite common with lots of events - maybe someone with inside knowledge of how ticketing works will know.

Hibs only have 10,000 ST holders (I doubt they will all log on to get tickets for the game..it's not like it's thousands trying to log in to get tickets).

I understand the point you're making, but it has been done this way for years so it's not a new thing they've introduced.

Also, if everyone was in at once you'd have 2 issues;

1) Potential site crash
2) People could potentially select the same tickets at the same time. This reduces the risk of that happening and people being kicked by mistake.

No, not at all. The system was run fairly (apart from saying they'd be on sale from 3pm but opening the queue at 2.45pm which is just annoying). The email from the club says that if there are more tickets approved by the Council, they will 'add these tickets to the system for purchase as and when possible'. To me, that creates a possible problem in that people won't know when they become available and may miss out. Otherwise we'll just be sitting with the site open hitting refresh all day long.

You shouldn't have to 'use your initiative' though. It's just bad communications. If I am told that something starts at 3pm and I turn up at 3pm, that should be when it starts. If they said the queue was opening at 2.45, then I would have been there at 2.45. Mind you, you'd have used your initiative and turned up at 2.30.

By the way, the way, Thursday's game is a 19.45 kick off but the ref's going to get it started at 19.30 just because he fancies it. Better get there nice and early.

Why don't they just tell fans the queue starts earlier?

The using the initiative thing isn't really a good excuse for advertising 3pm then folk log on at 3pm or just before and still miss out.

They obviously know this is what happens so why mislead people - whether it's ticketmaster or Hibs.

I got a ticket but I don't think it's right - you advertise 3pm and then start the sale / queue then or you say queue will open at 2.45pm and fans log in then.

It's a tough one for those that got into the system only to lose out on tickets. Ideally, Hibs/TM should have set up a reserve list for those folk and run a pre-sale for extra tickets post-EDC approval. Bit tough having to start all over again, perhaps with bigger demand next time ?

Managed to get 4 , let them select any 4 seats for me. Didn't take long , just looked at the PDF tickets and one of them meant for mate has my surname on it but his customer reference on it.
Buzzing for the game a few beers before and maybe 1 or 2 after . Working from home will come in handy on Friday :flag::flag:

That was my experience too. I have been lucky with previous scrambles but the system really is shocking. They need to explain why it wouldn't let at least three people on this thread not select two tickets together. Do we have to pre-define a pod or is it just a crap system. Hopefully there will be another ballot and another waste of precious time getting tickets.

Same for me too. Wouldn't let me select more than 2 seats in a pod of 3 or 4. I finally got 4 separate seats but was then told I'd selected too many seats and had to delete some (didn't say how many). Tried to delete one seat and lost them all, seats then all sold out.

Also was anyone aware beforehand that there was a queuing system? I only found out by accident.

I've emailed them too.....

Worth refreshing as tickets must be getting timed out of peoples baskets. Just picked up one for west upper just now. I used the find seat function rather than the interactive map.

Agreed - it's a football club for supporters who pump £££ into it every season.

If this is the norm then surely ticketmaster / Hibs could alert fans this happens rather than annoying many who logged on at the advertised time :agree:

Something is fundamentaly wrong with the way you have to select a pod. A single seat next 2 in from the aisle available but you can't buy 2 there and use the aisle seat? Yes I'm frustrated as I didn't get one but surely there's a better way of doing it than letting you add one but not a second and there being loads of single seats. Next time I think the best way will be to buy 2 singles even if not together then move the wee man next to me on the night. I also feel for people who can't drop everything in The middle of the working day to get tickets.a ballot would have been much fairer. Hopes resting with EC now.

It was only single seats when I managed to get on.

Jumped about to try and get 2 together for me and the wee man and within seconds it was sold out.

Bit hacked off as I was really looking forward to seeing the euro game.

Hopefully get another crack at getting tickets.

That doesn't sound right. Log in to your eticketing and see if you can see your transaction for your season ticket. I had a problem like this 2 years ago.

My experience was really good, joined the queue, got an email to say it was my turn, went back in and used the “find tickets” option, got one for me and my son in the West Upper. Took a couple of minutes and was virtually hassle free.

Seems a real contrast to some others’ experiences.

The log in system appeared much improved. The actual buying of tickets was just a flurry of error messages for me. It may be that it was caused by me trying to buy the same pod as someone else and being beaten to the punch but it happened at least 4 times and that was with page refreshes etc. and a visit to choose seats for me. Never missed out before but I'll just look to buy a single ticket if more are released and my daughter will miss out. Too risky relying on a Hibs system at any point. They are all pretty shocking in my view and I say that having never missed out previously.

wookie70

Do you turn up to the turnstiles at 3pm on a normal matchday and expect to be in your seat before the ref blows for kick off?

Everyone and their dug should've know there would be an online queue as there has been for many years now. Unless you've never tried to buy a derby ticket, I don't understand how people could be surprised today when there are 10000 STHs and 2000 tickets.

Total shambles. Joined queue at 2.58 and was 1300 in queue WTF?

Then thrown out when my turn and tried to select seats and nothing available.

Then went back into a queue and same thing happened. Found two seat (two blue dots) but it wouldn’t let me secure both (for son and I - both season ticket holders and account linked). Just got error message. Then realised at 3.22 all sold out. Use iPhone and windows pc an no difference.

I gave up trying to get 3 together as was having the same issue. I knew if I spent too long trying to get 3 beside each other I would have lost my place in the queue.

Eventually got 2 in one row and 1 in the row behind. It’s directly the row behind so I don’t see how that’ll be 2m distancing but I’m not fussed about that.

Got two twos within minutes though.

Although I got a ticket, I still don’t think it should just be a first come, first serve type of thing. There will be loads of folk who wouldn’t even have known they were going on sale and wouldn’t have been able to get online at three o’clock. I think we should have been doing something to ensure season ticket holders get the same opportunity to attend games whilst attendance is limited.

I wasn't hopeful of getting in anyway as I was in a meeting and was keeping an eye on it during moments I wasn't speaking. By the time I did get in though, everything was gone.

I know the Club are being messed around by the Council but there are frustrating things within the Club's control that should really be managed better, e.g. giving as much notice as possible. Surely a decision to sell the initial 2000 could have been made before it was? Why do emails come out notifying people of the sale after its sold out? This is on top of the issues last week, e.g. the button to make payment being greyed out for some people, having to continuously refresh the page until it randomly appears, arrival times being notified late in the day, etc.

I think his point (at least in part) is that given its after 5pm, it is now unlikely we will get any update today, meaning it will be into tomorrow which isn't leaving much time, especially when Glasgow Council and Aberdeen Council have managed to reach a decision in a more timely fashion.

You’d have thought it could have been discussed weeks ago and different numbers considered based on the lockdown status at the time. Then it could have just been a case of rubber stamping the allowable capacity at the start of this week.

Opens up asking how many tickets you require Adult tickets , kid tickets etc.
Leave select an area at All Areas unless you want a specific stand ( not as many options for getting them together ) then click on Find Tickets
Used that got allocated 4 tickets straight away in West Lower then you assign them to people on your network and pay for them.
Even let me amend one of the tickets to senior for my dad.
