Delighted - was concerned before game but that importance of 1st goal and then managing the game and getting the 2nd.

Seems like we took quite a few knocks and bumps - fresh legs for next game maybe not the worst idea.

Great from Hibs today.

Doidge was outstanding I thought, as was Nisbet. Macey looked solid and as much as i like Gogic, we are a much better team with Hallberg playing.

I've witnessed plenty of offside goals against us over the years so they should wind their neck in.

No real danger today. Not a great spectacle but job done. And for me a clean sheet is like having another goal.

So pleased for the defence today.

Hallberg coming in after such limited game time, take a bow son :aok: very composed, did the basics very well indeed, contender for man of the match.

Josh Doig - what can you say, here is an 18 year old in his first season who is up for awards and in a cup final. Nerveless performance, played like an experienced player and the one thing about him is he plays with no fear.

Top three were excellent today, clinical finishes albeit one was offside, but the link up play was very good.

My main fear, someone coming in for Doidge :rolleyes: he is quite simply a manager's dream of a player, tireless workrate, team player, scores goals, never shirks responsibility, superb temperament.

A good job well executed today

Really pleased at the way we managed the game out today and still carry threat up front

Every player played their part but worthy of mention

Macey - solid and commanding. Did what he had to do and did it well

Doig - great engine. Provides defensive cover and attacking width
Hallberg - came in, grafted - did his job. Solid
Irvine - much more influence today. Great set up for 1st goal
Boyle - always a threat. Pace and drive to burn
Nisbet - a real goal poacher. Never hides and always able to create from a half chance
Doidge - great work to lead the line and took his goal superbly - even tho offside

All in all I’m absolutely chuffed to bits and well into the process celebrating into the night
