I had a great Boxing Day but the last few days haven’t been so great! So easy to get into a hole with so many fixtures this time of the year, although I would never place a bet if I couldn’t afford it.

My friend loves to back the underdog and had £5 on Killie and Ross County today which paid back £105. He put £15 on Newcastle to draw paying £70 and then had £40 on Elche to draw at 10/11 with half an hour to go at 1-1.

Haven’t looked at the New Years fixtures yet but I’ll probably just look for a single at around evens and put a bit of money on that.
