I think main delay is almost certainly down to Barnsley having a new manager. He won't be keen to let someone go before doing his own checking on the player.

Swanson and Slivka could be brilliant. This is their big chance. They've both shown they can turn it on. Slivka has all the atributes to be outstanding at this level. Add Mallan into the mix who imo is an excellent player and we could be seriously laughing. Scott Allan would be the icing on the cake. I think we'll come out this transfer window in very good shape.
