What is dangerous about spraying paint?
Even considering the fact they broke into an RAF base to do it, I don’t think spray painting an airplane quite qualifies as “using violence or the threat of violence against a person or property, designed to influence the government or intimidate the public, for the purpose of advancing a political, religious, racial or ideological cause.”

Is spray paint violence against property? Be a lot of terrorists getting charged if so.
