Makalambay (the regular feigning injury after a blunder)

Doherty (the post-cup final interview, the interview on joining the club where he clearly thought he had signed for Hearts, his face).
Caldwell (didn't mind him during his first stint, just couldn't take to him in the second)
McGivern (see Caldwell but with a tenth of the ability)
Demetri Mitchell (don't think he wanted to be here and a sick-note)

Hartley (nothing to write home about for us, outstanding for the Poppy Thieves)
    Wilkins (just why)
Rankin (just can't take to him)
    McGeady (see Mitchell)

Vine (so poor for a player who had gone for big money in the past, stupid beard)
Collins (useless - has come onto a game since)

Manager: Caldwerood (I hate him way more than Butcher. At least Butcher came across like he wanted the job and wasn't disrespectful towards us)

Assistant Manager: Billy Brown (Hearts fud. "Uhve been places, uhve dun things, my wife works", related to someone I worked with that I wasn't fond of).

Not sure why so many are including Maybury? I always thought he ranged from mediocre to okay, certainly not one of the worst.

I took the original question to be players you just didn’t like for some reason, not just who’s been the worst

    Tbf, I didn't say he was ****

Maybe it's the cup final with no name result clouding my judgement but I remember nothing positive about him.

Labelling Barker the same as those two is very harsh. He had some real flashes of quality and played his part in some great results that got us a 4th placed finish.
Barker’s debut he shat a 50-50 right in front of me he got so much abuse from the punters he knew never to do that again in a Hibs jersey

Greg Docherty was great for us but he didn’t fancy it against the Hearts even less so against the Sheep in his last two games

I want all players to do well playing for us the ones I truly dislike are the non triers and the utterly hopeless

Tudor Jones and Nelson should feature in every team, words can't describe how bad they were.

During his time at hibs he was awful.

We've had many a player who didn't look the part and either succeeded after leaving us or had a decent career prior.
He wasn’t awful not great but many can be called awful before him

    P 13 W 6 D 1 L 6 in a poor Hibs side

Scored 2 in a 3-1 win away to Killie

    Mark Brown
    Sean O’Hanlon
    George Francomb
    Martin Scott
    Matt Doherty
    Pa Kujabi
    Roy O’Donovan
    Richie Towell

All played for Hibs at the same time as Tom Soares and in my opinion contributed less at that time to the Hibs cause than Tom Soares

Was MOTM in our relegation decider against Dunfermline was signed because he was better than what we had at the time

Started in 1-5 before Spoonie ?????

This sums it up Still say he had quality just didn’t show it often enough

Was he not the guy that assaulted a Hibs player and ended up at Hamilton?

    Might be wrong
Are you talking about Martin (Jimmy) Scott? Assaulted Sean Welsh maybe?

All good 👍 I looked up Scott Martin and I remember now, according to Wiki he came through our youth system and played 9 times before being loaned out then sold.

Simon Brown and Graeme Smith were much worse imo.

Tin hat on but when he wasn’t making his mistakes Zibi was actually alright.

Echoes of the old gag there - Apart from that Mrs Lincoln, did you enjoy the play?

I liked him as a player. Stand out game was when we spanked the buns 4-0.

    Dearie me !

This thread is rapidly going downhill

A Club Captain with a heart of a mouse ?

Always gave 100% never hid the guy was a gentleman and put in a shift as club captain well above expectations never failing to miss any commitments

Scored a memorable goal against the Hun in the 4-0 plus two assists

Things didn’t work out for him at Hibs for whatever reason but went on to win a Scottish Cup and a League Cup

Glad to have him back in a coaching role still has the desire for the club

Picked up 16 yellows always fighting our corner constantly in the Referees ear doing a Graeme Shinnie

12 goals in 74 appearances no bad from midfield

Scored a winner against the Hearts a late penalty his chicken heart stood up to the pressure

I've honestly never understood the hate Craig gets from some.

This thread in general, and I know everyone is different. But i’ll never dislike a player just because they're *****, it’s not the players fault we signed and played them.

It’s why I've only piped up about McGeady, I just don't like the guy! Nothing to do with his ability, he was a brilliant player.

Guy did have an attitude but was unplayable when on it must have been some player in his prime

I'd rather he didn't captain us to a relegation but each to their own

He had us safe until Butcher arrived and told the senior pros their services were no longer required in the January

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot ?

Matt Doherty is my most all time hated hibs player. My ideal scenario is for celtic to sign him and we can all unleash on that little fanny.
