Jeezo, quite a honking list of clubs give mentioned there.
Yes your probably right, unfortunately I'll bet everyone of them will beat Hibs hands down where wages are concerned, I'll be happily surprised in he comes back, but don't see it to be honest.

Wither I’m right or wrong I’ve had the feeling that since Gray became manager NMW doesn’t exactly fit in with his plans for the team and is one he’d possibly like to move on . Levitt I’m still not convinced on either and with his contract situation he could be one to move on if we can recoup what we paid for him .

If we could get Triantis 🤞 he’d be one of the first names on the team sheet , the other one will be McGrath ( rate him highly) after that it’s a case who else plays with Triantis and McGrath in Midfield . If we get Simons too then we have a good option from the bench for Triantis and Campbell for McGrath would give us something different too .
I really like Levitt but if he's not going to sign a new deal, and with McGrath in the team, it seems a smart time to sell him if we can get some decent dosh.

Kenny has been terrible when I've seen him, although it has only been a few minutes here and there. His performance in the cup final against Aberdeen was pathetic.
As was most of that celtic team in the finai.

Still no convinced about McGrath but happy to be proved wrong have never really noticed him any time I have seen him play seems to flit in and out of games is inconsistent and injury prone but nevertheless has chipped in with 10 goal contributions in each of his last three seasons 4 goals six assists then 9 and 1 then 8 and 2

A four year contract seems a bit risky for someone Aberdeen signed on a free but looking forward to seeing him up close and personal to form a proper opinion and hope the gamble pays off

    13 caps for Eire

Was really impressed with Manneh in the late stages of his recent appearance against the Rangers looked a star in the making but still too early to say
I know he was out a long time with his last injury but I suppose that is understandable due to him having surgery and then needing rehabilitation , apart from that he seems to have only had a few minor injuries where he’s not missed to many games …

    https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jami...spieler/344107

I think Gray mentioned something about Manneh was still adjusting to the pace of our league and that after a good pre-season we should see the best of him , similar to what he said about Bowie to I think.

    Ben Mee released from
Brentford - could be a decent option for the golden oldie role.

Levitt and McGrath don’t play the same position/role.

Would imagine he's still well out of our range. Played 7 times in the prem last season.

Aberdeen fans were calling him the ‘ ghost ‘ for being posted missing when they went on their losing run and the going got tough

Not sure how much of that is sour grapes ?

    We shall see

Has averaged 30 games per season over the last three

Cup ties and European ties take him up to 40 per season so no too bad ( Wiki )

Dortmund getting mugged off there for me. Would be half of that if Jude wasn't his brother.

See Celtic have just announced Tierney.

Will tear this league apart again IF he stays fit and that’s a massive if.

Its an interesting one, I think he's there to play Europe and the bigger ties. They must be looking at someone to play the Livi away on a Wednesday type games to keep him from overdoing it.

Still a top quality player when fit. If he wasn't a Celtic fan there's no way they would be able to get a player of that quality.

Greg Taylor obviously didn’t fancy that

As things stand it could be viewed that we already have 10 players that are 'new'for next season. Salinger,Mcgrath,Manneh,Megwa, Ekpiteta,Molotnikov,Bowie,Newell,Youan, Vente

If Dwight Gayle is doing the agency thing, his first job should be to find Hibs a new Dwight Gayle. Think he would make a cracking forwards coach !

He creates and scores goals from midfield. We need that.

Is he not a defender though? .... surely the golden oldie signing rule only applies to forwards

Pretty sure McGraths injury tied in with the bad run they went on.

I think that's going to be the issue, whoever you sign will have to be happy being the cold thursday night left back instead of the live from the Nou Camp left back.

Still, they'll find someone i'm sure.
