Werder Bremen used the same style for their home kit last season.

    Nice wacky away shirt

    I quite like Hummel gear.

They used to be a bit naff but I think they have improved by just embracing that, they chuck a lot of wacky stuff at it and some of it works.

The St Etienne away and the Tenerife home from last season were a couple of beauties:

What terrible photos! Green seats as backgrounds make it hard to pick out the detail, and players sitting means you don't see the tops properly. Or, is it genius marketing as it makes you go to the store site to get a better look? Which I did. I didn't buy it though, so I had the last laugh.

The only club I really ever wait for the kit release outside of Hibs is Venezia. Every year they are incredible

Wish we were with LCS. Looking back they were the best Hibs shirts since the adidas ones

Look at those prices, just shows how much we are ripped off for our strips, and i'd imagine the likes of Man Utd and Arsenals will be much higher than ours.

I saw a newcastle supposed away strip for this season with two tone green hoops.

    Actually looked ok

I had the Newcastle away top from 1988 that was green and yellow stripes and loved it. Played 5s in it on a number of occasions. Sold it during lockdown for over £200, as it has gained iconic status over the years.

That would be a decent Motherwell kit, but as usual Macron have to do something daft with the collar.

Real Madrid third kit using a lot of late 80s early 90s design inspiration. Imagine a green with white sleeves.

Nike are a mixed bag some really bad some really good. Eg the new Chelsea home one is bad IMO with a really silly collar:

But their away kit with a nod to Hungarian kits of the past for some reason, is quite good:

And I do like the new Spurs all black away kit:

People seem to much prefer the old Adidas trefoil branding compared to the newer logo - makes you wonder why they don't use it more.

Some of the Bayern stuff from the last year with the old trefoil is tremendous.

It will be interesting to see what Adidas come up with for Celtic this year in terms of away kits and merchandise. They seem to have been quietly elevated to Adidas top tier, or close to it. They got a heritage kit last year and have had a full player issue kit this year for the first time. I'd be surprised if they don't get a trefoil/originals kit.

If we were ever to go back to Adidas I'd assume we'd go in about where Aberdeen are. A lot of the merchandise stuff will just be off the shelf with a badge chucked on but you get at least one bespoke kit (and the last couple of Aberdeen away kits have been annoyingly good).

I think the terrible deal we had with a 3rd party for Nike put me off going for one of the big 2. The crap Avec training gear and the jackets and sweatshirts with the badge on the wrong side was laughable. I think we'd be big enough to avoid that with Adidas now.
