currently doing 2 x leg sessions per week, what do people think of the below - anything missing, or anything being over done (not necessarily in these orders):
Day 1:
Squats
Seated Calf Raises
Standing Calf Raises
Lying Hamstring Curl
Leg extension machine
Deadlifts
Day 2:
Leg Press
Seated Calf Raises
Standing Calf Raises
Lying Hamstring Curl
Leg extension machine
