I'm actually doing the level 2 gym instructing course at the minute, will likely do the level 3 at some point but after going to the gym for the best part of 20 years now and always interested in the training side of it decided to take the leap so happy to help with any questions. Have you got a training plan or just deciding on the day what you are going to do? I know it's an old cliche but food is just as important, I know so many people who start training but stick to their normal diet which doesn't really help at all.
