Remember watching the similar video when Porteous was mic'd up and people were claiming that showed you what a great talker/leader he was, however I didn't think Porto was showing anything particularly special or insightful in what he was shouting on the pitch. Newell on the other hand here is streets ahead, talking constantly, but sensible instructions and also encouraging people. Easy to see why he is captain from this.
