I just saw the new Paddy Power promotion. If you have a bet on a player to score, have a shot on target, commit a foul, be fouled, be carded, or to score or assist and they're subbed off, your bet rolls over onto the player subbed on.

Singles, multiples and bet-builders.

If your player gets subbed off, and then the sub gets subbed back off, you get that player too.

It's only on specific markets so I've not seen where you can or can't use it, but it looks pretty good.

It is a pretty good offer. I do quite a lot of the fouls bet builders and once you hit the 60 minute mark, your bet is in jeopardy with the amount of subs. This covers that risk to some extent.

The other good perk at the moment IMO is definitely the SkyBet acca freeze. Defo helps when you have one team at bigger odds, or just no faith that they'll hang on for a win.
