I'm off to Morecambe on the 16th Nov for some Punk beside the sea
23rd Dec Crashed Out Xmas party at Legends
I always liked Morecambe, much preferred it when holidays in the sun/wasted festivals were there rather than Blackpool.

Was at the Usher Hall last night watching Aussie Pink Floyd. Brilliant gig, great music and light show.

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Was at Perth Theatre last night to see Kris Drever, just brilliant.

Ok, so not an upcoming gig, but I just realised that 48 years ago today (18 November 1975) I was at the Hammersmith Odeon to see Bruce Springsteen play his first ever concert in the UK. Ticket was £5. I spent £130 to see him earlier this year ...

Bob Mould rolled back the years last night at the Liquid Room, a frenetic solo electric set. I’ve wanted to see him live for years, finally ticked off my list and it did not disappoint.
    Every gimmick hungry yob,
Digging gold from rock and roll
Grabs the mic to tell us,
    He'll die before he's sold.

I paid them. £45 plus fees I think.

Levi Stubb’s Tears. A masterclass in songwriting, it’s almost perfect.
