Daz looks like he's turned up at the 5s with his wee boys.

O’Connor done brilliantly for his goal. That pace in directness is so threatening and dangerous.

Delferierre also looks a lot more of a ‘man’ than his opposition, all looks very easy for him.

Hard to say how they’ll fit into the first team as it clearly is a step up. Melkersen posted a couple of clips of him from back in Sweden and I thought he looks unbelievable but we’ve hardly saw it in a Hibs shirt, even the smallest thing like getting a yard/in a position to get a shot at goal is so much more difficult.

One thing I noticed was that Delferriere was very prominent during the game but wasn't in the final bit when the trophy was being lifted, very strange.

No wonder. He must be wondering how he's wound up in the SPFL Reserve League after playing some first team football for Liege.

His absence does suggest an attitude problem though.

Short clips only but from this match and the Newcastle clips last week he looks to have the demeanour of a team player.

He seems a chilled out type of players, never over the top when scoring but goes around all the team high fiving after any goals scored and the celebration when Zaid scored shows he seems a team player, just weird he wasn't in the final pic with all the other players with the trophy.

Delferriere was on his way back to Belgium in the last window but it was stopped because of loan to Ed City he’d played for 2 clubs already. He’ll be away back in the next window

He seems to be playing further forward in the last two clips of the games I've seen. Josh Campbell was struggling for a position as well until he was moved into being an attacking midfielder on loan. Maybe Delfierre is similar?

Any of these players likely to be challenging for the first team match day squad anytime soon? We seem to have success with the development/under 18s but, thus far, very few have ended up making a regular contribution for the first team.

My laddies football team got to be ball boys for the Hibs Dev against Dunbar United game in pre-season.

Alan stayed behind at the end and played Football with the kids for a good 10 minutes, signed my laddies Hibs top and was happy to take photos.

Seemed like a really good guy.

Enjoyed that day, a pint in the clubhouse, and a masterclass of midfield football, from Tait.
He can’t get a game for arbroath now. 😞

He started last weekend. He was out injured for 10 weeks and only returned a few weeks ago. Since then Arbroath have been increasing his game time to build his fitness. Prior to his injury he started all 13 league games except 1.

I thought they looked a bit embarrassed about lifting the trophy.

I see Hibs Facebook page are advertising that the 18s are playing St Mirren at EMs tonight but there's no mention of it on the website. Does anyone know for sure if we are playing tonight?
