It is indeed the great man
Never one to laugh at others misfortune but today could only have been improved by rangers getting horsed and God pissing down a meteor shower of fifty pound notes on Edinburgh

Yes it’s King Kenny playing in Alan Sneddon’s testimonial

Never left the centre circle but, he still managed to run the show. Set up all Keith, Keith, Keith's goals that night IIRC 🤔

A non football mate of mine did some genealogy during Covid and said he discovered his grandad played for Hibs straight after WW1 but just for one or two games. Adam Fleming.? I checked all my books but info and pictures are difficult to find, mainly because hardly any were taken at that time.

Knew the year by the Hibs shirt though couldn't remember king Kenny playing in sneddons testimonial . Alan Sneddon signed for us in 1980 I think and in 1981 something unusual happened to him that year , anyone remember what it was ?

A bit on Adam Fleming here though am guessing that you may have already seen this. Also played for Dundee and Bathgate.

According to this, Celtic never gave Alan Sneddon the medal he was due.

I was not sure if Joe turned up for that game, or may be getting mixed with King Pats testimonial.
Was at the game and just remember Kenny D stayed in the centre circle spraying passes around to willing runners and Keith got his 4 goals from his passes, true to say that class is permanent.

I remember that game too although it was more noteable for the refereeing performance. Ronnie Rosenthal played for us once im a bounce match.

I remember him growing up , had 2 spells at hertz and one at Dundee United , Sadly we got him to late at maybe 35 or 36 year old . Good player though

Wouldn’t get a game ahead of Jimmy Jeggo.

Yes thanks for that 👍 I do think due to that fraught period straight after WW1 and lots of players coming and going between clubs (apparently), there’ll be absolutely no chance of a photo of him in our strip. Cheers though

Maybe my old memory playing tricks on me but seem to remember an away game against Berwick Rangers a long time ago where we had a left sided player who broke his leg on his debut. All the buses were met by the English polis and we were escorted into the ground.
