Murdering ******* being watched by on average 8-9 million viewers, many of whom waste hard earned cash on pointless phone calls to boost the profits of ITV.

The fact an elected member of parliament thinks it’s suitable for him to **** off to a jungle whilst the country is in this mess leaving his constituency behind says it all about the Conservative Party right now.

    Shocking.

Was he hoping the Tories wouldn’t suspend him in the same way Labour didn’t suspend Kezia Dugdale when she did it?

Surely, he must have realised there would be a backlash against him for abandoning his constituents like there was for Dugdale.

She really is a contemptible individual. Playing to the racist base and trying to make that kind of language mainstream.

I remember a clip of Akala (rapper, author, poet, all round good guy) talking about the comments Katie Hopkins made about gun boats in the channel and how alien language like that seemed, and now we have an actual government minister using the same language. Just bizarre.

She really is an extremely dangerous politician. I had wondered if Sunak had played a blinder by setting her up as the Alf Garnett of the Tory Party, but her wicked and truly cruel ideas seem to be getting traction. No doubt the Daily Express will be loving this.

He's on his way out anyway as measured by the latest PM dingying him when others were getting back slapped.

Trying to lilypad into mainstream celebrity now that his main grift is narrowing.

I see to deflect from the latest round of social murder the government have gone back to their deflection tactic of immigration. After the Romanians, and the Poles before them, their media pals and attack dog Farage are now putting out articles denigrating Albanians. Woe betide if a bigot parrots any of this in front of my Greek-Albanian fiancee.

This basically sums them up. Absolutely tragic what UK politics has become. The establishment ‘one nation Tories’ that Johnson purged are about as relevant to politics as the waspy Jefferson republicans are in US politics.

Boris and even Truss were far left of Sunak on these issues. Its pitiful and financially stupid, we need immigration

Rishi Sunak says he’s on “same page” as Suella Braverman on cutting immigration.

Reminder: the Home Secretary revived a previous Tory pledge to reduce net migration to tens of thousands of people.

She also said it was her “dream” to see a flight take asylum seekers to Rwanda

Without being overly alarmist, I think that Braverman's comments are as close to a " Rivers of Blood" moment in the modern age.

    I agree.

Without commenting on the ins and outs of the policy, her use of language is vile.

It doesn't take much to join the dots from certain phrases appearing in the right wing press and 66 year old men choosing to fire bomb detention centres and kill themselves.

In other times it would be considered disgraceful but it just sort of blends into all the other sorts of disgrace we've had from this government.

    I agree.

I want to hear some positive reinforcement of the GOOD that immigration has done to and for the U.K. Even just as balance to the ferocious tide of brutal propaganda we are getting every ****ing day. Because this is ending badly.

Migrants from the Manston processing centre were dropped off at London’s Victoria station and left without assistance for several hours, i can reveal.

Sunak lied last week at PMQs. Wonder if he'll be made to correct the record.
He's certainly living up to the continuity Johnson role.

Oh and another thing. At PMQs today Sunak said that the Tories had "got Brexit done" and "ended freedom of movement", to cheers from the Tory benches. *******s.

Interesting that net migration from non-EU countries has rocketed since Brexit (replacing EU workers). When will politicians admit that we need migrants

I’m not long back from Tenerife and they are also having Brexit problems. They can’t get people from the UK over to work in bars, clubs, restaurants etc. They have started advertising in Ireland instead. Also, there is a real shortage of entertainers as well. Just about every bar was saying the same thing.

Ably supported by the Labour party who voted for it as well.

Former aides recalled how Truss would prioritise her social media posts over briefings during foreign trips. The book also details the lengths Truss would go to set up photo shoots, including one at the Shibuya pedestrian crossing in Tokyo.
