No votes were recorded for several senior Tories including Boris Johnson, Nadine Dorries, David Davis, Greg Clark, Sir Iain Duncan Smith, Kwasi Kwarteng, Theresa May, Wendy Morton, Alok Sharma, Priti Patel and Ben Wallace
Chances are they were paired with Opposition M.P.s , so they didn't need to vote.

    Maybe:)

It’s a total nonsense anyway. What are firms going to do when there aren’t enough bodies to fill the jobs that strikers would presumably lose if this legislation went through?
Exactly. Power grab again by Tories which will end in tears.

Can you imagine companies telling a worker if you don’t work during strike you’ll be disciplined?? Easy way round it though…. Just phone in sick!

The next few hours/days are going to be very interesting with Truss and co put under extreme pressure from others and within their own party!

The thing that grinds my gears is that all of these ****ers that are dipping in and out of these jobs for however long are going to pick up the pension for the position.

Severance too, so long as they don't take another eligible job within 3 weeks.

£17k to Kwarteng for 38 days in the job, probably around the same as a social care worker earns in a year. It's ****** obscene.

Graham Brady back into No 10. Maybe they just have really good biscuits?

Truss in a meeting with Graham Brady at her request.

Not sure what the protocol is for her resigning but could this be the beginning of the end?

    Frankie Boyle on Rees Mogg;

“A composite figure drawn from the nightmares of 18th century millworkers. He looks like a Punch cartoon of the first giraffe in England."

    Truss resigns.

    Sunak coronated without leadership election.

Announces sweeping cuts to public services, we're all in this together etc, austerity is back baby!

    MSM back on side.

    Tories win majority in 2024.

    The pain continues.

Douglas Ross voted against continuing the ban on fracking.
Wonder if he wants it to take place in Moray.

Grant Shapps hiring now, remit of the job will have changed since the vacancy was first posted. It says it's a permanent position. Very misleading, should read fixed term - 2 years max

Laws around Fracking are reserved so he's just voted in something that has zero impact on his constituency to show how good of a Tory he is, strange man

One would hope he is aware of the geological areas where fracking is possible?
