Enjoyed the Rings of Power after a slow start.

House of the Dragon for me has kinda gone the other way. Enjoyed the opening episodes but the plot is just a bit too silly for me overall. Virtually every character decision which has driven the story, seems illogical and lacking clear motivation.

Alicent for example, there’s no clarity on what drives her. I don’t think it’s subtext, it’s just that things happen cos it suits the plot. The ending of this weeks episode being another WTF moment.

I would love to watch TV right now. Turned the living room TV off when we went to bed last night. Watched some TV in bed. Turned the bedroom TV off. We were up and out early this morning and have been out all day and are just back. Wanted to watch some TV… all our remotes are nowhere to be seen. Can’t find any of the remotes in the living room (TV, fire stick, dvd) or the bedroom TV remote! All gone.

Just been checking our ring cameras to check we haven’t been broken into as it is so bizarre.

started watching a seven-part series on the BBC,Russia 1985-1999: TraumaZone. A lot of previously unseen BBC footage on the collapse of the state before and after Perestroika, very interesting

Halfway through The Offer on Paramount TV and it’s been excellent so far. Went back and rewatched The Godfather and Part II to refresh the memory, still can’t get over how good The Godfather is.

I lost my Mum to MND in May. I recorded it, but haven't watched it yet. It'll probably be something I watch on my own obviously.

I'll be gutted when Rob, and Doddie go. The work they've done to bring awareness and fight the disease is phenomenal.

Sorry to hear that mate. I lost my mum to MND more than 10 years ago and I still struggle to watch anything like this.

I find it amazing how people with this dreadful disease can be so positive in their approach to what life they have left.

The scene when the actors got together for dinner nearly had me in tears, it was such a powerful memory.

Sorry to hear. It never gets easier but I'm dealing with it. Helping my Dad has been hardest really.

I've raised over £2000 for MND charities so far since May and I'm planning to do something every year or so if I can.

My mum never quit or lost her sense of humour. It's absolutely and brutal disease that is so prevalent.

That was a painful watch, it was one of them where not much really happened put persevered waiting for something to happen, the character really annoyed me too, she seemed to be everywhere and her snooping about got right on my thrupnies.

I watched all 5 season back in April and it’s up there as one of the best series I’ve watched. I think it doesn’t get the attention it should in the UK because it’s a foreign language series, if it was in English I think it would be far more popular.

All the acting is great. The concept is great. The characters are great. I can’t fault it, the first season certainly.

Yep it's top notch and I remember watching it in the late 90s. It's aged well and I enjoyed it just as much this time round too.

Think squid game was the most popular program in the uk and the US on Netflix last year. Thinker younger groups don't mind as much. Money heist has been near the top quite a lot too. Parasite might have opened a lot of doors to cinemas taking a risk hopefully

Eaststand gives a bit away below (!) but that final scene with them all together is just so subtle, devastating. And as you say, so many wonderful sidebars, you could say theres literally dozens and dozens of mini plots going on through the years.
