To be fair, Celtic are red hot and would annihilate most teams on that form. However as part of the DU bigger picture, Ross will go later today.

Ross surely can’t survive much longer at Utd.
Gone by the morning at the latest. This is diabolical.

This is as bad a collapse as I’ve seen. Liverpool Bournemouth yesterday was just a scintillating world class team doing their thing. This is a team who have all but chucked it already this season.
They’ll get their first win of the season on September 10th don’t worry

I don't think any United Manager could stem the tide. Much as I hate saying it, Celtic are a class side .

If I was a Dundee Utd player I would deliberately get 4 of my team mates sent off and get this game abandoned (if that's still a thing?)

Feell a bit sorry for JR, I know he's not well liked on here and had a rough ending here but there are worse folk than him about and don't wish anything bad for him. Looks like Dundee utd isn't going to work out for him.
Probably been done to death but I don’t think it’s so much that Ross isn’t well liked, it was more the constant threads saying what a good manager he was/we should never have sacked him that were on here. He’s not a terrible manager by any means but he’s not a great one either. He’s bang average and his style of play isn’t easy on the eye.

To think people on here, wanted at least 3 of their new signings.😳

Does that include the referee and linesmen?

Just what I'm thinking. If there's one thing Hibs are good at, it's being the team that stops the opposition's long losing streak by generously letting them beat us.

just glad its not us on the receiving end of this. genuinely think celtic would have done this to anyone today apart from sevco perhaps and it doesnt look like they are even in top gear. pretty scary for the rest of us.

I was a Jack Ross apologist but I think he might be sacked before this game is over never mind the morning.

Also, starting to dread our team playing Celtic.

Only just noticed when they pointed it out how many experienced players JR had binned to the bench. Definitely been a big falling out there I think.

Big Ange showed a bit of compassion by making four substitutions. It might have been for United's sake as much as Celtic's.

I’m sure Celtic beat Aberdeen 9-0 a few years ago

Has Jack Ross instructed his players not to get within two metres of a Celtic player at any point? Yes Celtic are good but United have given them the freedom of Tannadice. Absolute lie down performance.

Can't argue with any of that, I wasn't a huge fan of him myself. Just nothing against him as a person really.

Dundee United players have downed tools. That's a disgraceful performance to be honest, literally the worst I can ever remember seeing in the Scottish Premiership.
