Think Insigne could have walked that into the goals. No challenge whatsoever.

Superb from Italy. This tournament just keeps getting better.

    Not sure that’s a pen.

Edit: after seeing another replay it probably is. Just.

Brilliant the way Italy dragged them out to counter with more space for the goal

Surely nobody who's paid any attention to Serie A in the past couple of years is surprised by how good this Italian side are?
It's hard to stitch my own back with these shaky hands
But even harder to accept the scars you left were planned

People are probably surprised because if you don’t pay attention to the Serie A then next to nobody does much at European level.

Italy have looked very good though. A lot of players that I’ve heard of but didn’t expect to be quite so good.

For the first time in my life I find myself warming to this Italian team. Probably because so many other teams have adopted their theatrics that they no longer stand out from the crowd.
    Agreed!

I don’t watch série a as often as I’d like because I don’t have that tv package, but the run their National side were on, twenty odd unbeaten, made it clear they were one of the favourites.

I caught up with the highlights at HT, that’s the perils of marriage, sometimes you get kicked off the tv

I know he doesn’t exactly offer penetrating insight, but I love Micah Richard’s enthusiasm. Just somebody who really loves football.

I like Richards. Can't believe we have Martin Keown summarising though.
