I despise how they’re turning democracy and the death of over 130k people into The Jeremy Kyle show.
Yep I think it is sheer distraction and probably planned by Cumming with the full agreement of Johnson

So Hartlepool is Tory, and deepest Buckinghamshire isnt.

Wee sign there, though, that perhaps some English voters are beginning to return to their senses?

The green candidate was 3rd ahead of labour as well.

Not really. The Libs won by opposing HS2 and new house building. It's basically a GIRUY from the NIMBYs.

Am hoping a lot of Lab voters voted LibDem to ensure a bloody nose for Johnson's lot, and that that behaviour will be reciprocated in Batley & Spen, and if it is a little prgress will have been made.

Remember, this was the constituency of Jo Cox. I'd be surprised if Labour don't return a decent majority.

It's more infiltrate and control it. Some of the "independent" polling companies will be the same.

What crazy times we are in: the Tories win Hartlepool then lose Chesham & Amersham.

Yep, divert HS2 to someone else's doorstep and only allow high end "executive" development by the favoured few and the Nimbys will be right behind the Nasty party again next election.

Not the first time won't be the last time.

If he survives the court case surely Labour would be looking to regain Wakefield at the next election.

We're turning into America. The right win working class voters by starting culture wars and wrapping themselves in the flag. Middle class rural areas move from soft right to the centre. The left are f***ed.

To be honest, there really wasn't an england end at Wembley, never is when playing Scotland 😉

If Boris Johnson doesn't know who he is then there's no chance Beckham will.

Although to be fair, Ross spends more time on the football pitch than he does being a politician.
