Fantastic player, watch a fair amount of Leeds and over the last 2 years he’s gotten better and better, played really well today hasn’t half gotten away with a lot of nippy fouls though

Every one of their players is world class and shouldn't be booked for fouls. Hate the English media, they assume everyone watching is English and want to hear Foden talked about as if he is a Marvel character.

Don't know where the arrogance comes from as they routinely get dumped out of these competitions.

I went to see Tottenham v Man City in April ‘18. Boring stadium, boring experience. EPL games are crap to go to.

Not newcastle or palace matches. Palace have there own mini ultras group that create a decent atmosphere.

Why wouldn't I watch the Euros, being a football fan as I am? Who will we get for England vs Scotland game? Will that be a case of not being forced to watch as well? Cool, guess I don't need to pay TV license then.

Depends.

If it's Davie Provan on Sky then it certainly bias. In favour of whoever Scotland are playing.

Generally speaking your right though. It's just been so long since we have been at a tournament that we have forgotten what it's like. The commentary will be hugely Scotland centric and Scotland bias tomorrow and rightly so

I'd say yes. Repeated fouling that Calvin Phillips has been doing would most likely get a "He's got to be careful" rather than the "that's great" type comment. Sterling smashing it over the bar on his left would most likely get a "He has to do better there" rather than "His best game all season" platitudes.

It's not just positivity. It goes levels beyond it. They rarely say anything negative in commentary until they inevitably get dumped out in a match.

Croatia look like a team who are happy to get beat 1-0 and will save their energy for the next 2 games. With a few 3rd place teams going through I really don’t think it encourages teams to go for it each game.
