Definite red card nowadays. Contact to the head is a red card. Players should know better, it is the rules. As someone who played through the 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s, and stopped playing in 2018 after 37 years and have seen law changes year after year players need to adapt. It is their ****ing job. players not wrapping the arms these days are inviting a red card, coupled with contact to the head is doubling down on that.
