The big problem about it is that all the vaccines won’t work on this strain.

I would have thought that the UK might have been more robust in these circumstances i.e. quarantine hotels for folk returning from Denmark as opposed to the usual self policing of quarantine. I guess they might see people as more likely / honest to admit travel to Denmark through the latter approach than the former.

Hope all is well. Your wife sounds like me when I had it. It was without doubt the worst illness I have ever had.

Keep checking her and if breathing issues start get her into hospital. I waited a week and couldn't walk by the time I got into hospital.

At 90% effective, herd immunity becomes a real possibility even by the middle of next year - assuming (big assumption) we have the infra in place to do the rollout. I think pfizer is the one that needs to be kept at extremely low temperatures? So it's harder to deal with.

Hopefully Astra Zeneca will report soon as well.
