    Please do.

Has there ever been a forum member who's managed to run up 1.5k+ posts, the vast majority of which (99%) don't involve Hibs/football and are almost exclusively "anti-nationalist"?

    WTF are you doing here?
He’s had nothing to do since the Tank Commander furloughed him.

I wasn't going to post again but that is brilliant, I am a paid government employee that has been sent to infiltrate a football forum? Wow.

    Have a nice day.

The thing is, if you post really, really obvious drivel - in this case the Graun regurgitating Public Health England stats that don't include "Pillar 2" tests, which had *already* been discussed and dissected in previous pages of the thread - then you've automatically devalued your own future scare stories.

As I read it, you didn't. You posted "Wales and Scotland occupy the top spots....."

"Correct and accurate" would have been "Merthyr Tydfil occupies the top spot...."
As I am sure you will know using the methodology of the Guardian newspaper, I was accurate and correct. But don't let the facts get in the way of having another go.

Take it up with the Guardian if you don't agree with their methodology.

I just need R7 and Moulin Yams to have a go and I call house.

Seriously, keep it back on topic and I will stay out of it.

Another go? I wasn't aware that I had had any previous go.

It's not about methodology, it's about grammatical pedantry.

I much prefer the term anti nationalist if you want to label posters, so yes maybe it was an anti nationalist full moon.

But I made a fool of myself (again) by accurately quoting factually correct information from a national newspaper.

I better go back into hibernation.
For what it's worth, the moon isn't full, that coincides with the English pubs opening at the weekend. What could possibly go wrong??

If you’re going to post things that don’t stand up to any sort of scrutiny it’s going to get pointed out. SNP voter or not.

Looks like my decision to put a certain person on ignore has come up trumps this morning.

    Daily Scottish update;

    5 new cases since yesterday
No change in hospital number but a decrease of 7 in the confirmed cases
Decrease of 8 in intensive care
4080 have left hospital since 5th March
    1 death registered since yesterday

  17. #14386
Beer gardens and outdoor cafes etc confirmed from Monday.

5 mile limit on leisure lifted from tomorrow - except for places in Dumfries and Galloway due to an outbreak.

  18. #14387
Physical distancing should remain at 2 metres but where that's not possible they're publishing guidance next week. Majority of public and businesses will legally remain at 2 metres.

  19. #14388
Face coverings will be compulsory in shops from 10th July.

  20. #14389
Children aged under 11 won't need to physical distance from other children the same age but limit on numbers remains the same.

12-17 year olds still need to distance.

    Should be now. Why delay?

Isn't it compulsory for public transport now? I saw people getting on a bus this morning without a mask, even the driver wasn't wearing one.

  23. #14392
It’s getting ridiculous now. 1m some places, 2m everywhere else. Under 12s don’t need to distance, 12 and up do. Masks in shops compulsory but only in 10 days time. This person can stay elsewhere but not that person. Another can visit someone but not the other. Etc etc etc.

The more complicated they make all this stuff, the less likely it is that folk will know what the **** they’re supposed to be doing.

Bus drivers are having trouble enforcing the wearing of face masks, I expect it will be the same in shops.

Driver is exempt because they are behind a screen. I expect retailers to be the same.

I expect it will be pretty straightforward. No mask, no entry.

    Does it need legislation?

I agree, should be now - actually should have been weeks ago.

Has there been any change in the shielding group?

It's harmful to wear face coverings for people who have certain respiratory problems. I suspect that all you'll need to say is you're exempt under health grounds and I doubt there's much that will be done.

It's already happening on public transport.
