Thread: How to Help?

    How to Help?

Hibs have made it clear that the pandemic has had an impact on the club's budget, this was an inevitable outcome of the situation we've all found ourselves in these last few months. It's vital at this time that we all pull together to continue to support the club financially as much as is possible, so please find a few useful links to services that will directly support Hibernian's finances:

Hibernian Supporters: All contributions are donated directly to the club and new members are always welcome. With this season's third kit being dedicated to HS members, more is sure to come in the future.

Season Tickets 20/21: This has always been highlighted by the club as the most effective way of supporting it financially. The uptake has been admirable so far, let's keep that momentum going. Early Bird deadline Friday 3rd July, 5pm.

    Hibernian Direct:
The clubstore is back up and running, with the new, 'Thank You NHS' kits shipping next month and the third kit (HSL edition) to be released this September. Restocking of the new home strip is in progress.

    Tunnel Zone Tiles:
Leave a personalised message in the Easter Road tunnel that will be seen by the players on matchday. Construction of the tiles is set to start in May 2021, with orders being accepted now.

Hibs TV: Subscribing to the club's online media platform allows access to numerous classic matches, highlight packages and interviews. Before lockdown, the club invested in dedicated video facilities, with the quality of production improving year on year.

Happy Hibee: Tickets for the Happy Hibee draw are now available online, with the winner being announced on the club's social media outlets, during half-time of 'virtual match' events. Entry is £2.00 and can be made at any time up until kickoff of each virtual event.

Leith Links: Raising money to purchase season tickets for children, helping kids access Hibs and creating new fans in the process. Open for donations.

NHS & Key Worker Tickets: The has committed to providing 100 free tickets to our key workers for the coming season. We can help to increase that number by donating to the fund.

We will sticky it after a while but for now we'll let it flow. People tend to ignore the stickies

Encourage all to HSL. No gaps or no other groups.

HSL is us all. Pack in with no excuses. If shares open fair enough but the support group is us the fans.

Would also add Leith Links to this list and the fabulous work being done to allow disadvantaged kids and their families to attend Easter Road when the football returns - an additional revenue generator for the club too.

Signed up to Hibs Supporters DD tonight + gave a donation

Got two season tickets in the FF Upper Executive - nice padding for my bahookie

Will look at the online store too

Withs Hibs TV though, I thought I read it would be included in Season Ticket packages for the behind closed doors games or did I read that wrong. Also, were the subscriptions not limited to how many ST`s we sold - again, I may have read that wrong!

And I`ll bug all the Hibby`s I know to sign up to HSL

I signed up to HSL today, direct debit for each month. The pinkos seem to market that superbly. Hopefully we can catch on on that front.

Your season ticket will allow you to watch all home league games next season whilst fans are banned.

Signed up for HSL monthly, even furloughed I still feel a duty to support the club throughout this difficult period.

    Season ticket purchased.

Home shirt ordered, away will be ordered next month and 3rd when it gets released.

    Better times will come!

Sorry, I know that, I just worded it badly. If all ST holders get Hibs TV for free to watch said games, will that impact on non-ST holders being able to sign up for it?

I'm not sure if season ticket holders will get free access to the full Hibs TV. Just access to watch the 90 minutes on a Saturday or whenever the games are played.

I think I can stretch to a bronze adult season ticket within the next couple of weeks but will struggle to add our usual youth and child just now, does anyone know if it is possible to add a child ticket at a later date or do they need to be bought together at the same time?
I do realise I can't buy an adult ticket in FFL on its own but was more a case of moving there when purchasing the child ticket?
    Thanks

    Edit.
I will say there are two guiding points here, current news has stirred me into action, after missing out last season due to family circumstances, and it would be a bonus to watch the games on Hibs TV if I was committing to £600 of tickets I usually only get to use about 5 times in a season. Do want to do my bit though

Maybe now is a good time to release the 3rd kit which was part of the HSL initiative? Get them on sale.

This was delayed due to the pandemic, but they're hoping for a September release.

Think the big thing here, Keiran is make it ready for us to give the club money. The fans will step up to help if we can.

The OP was good and I agree with this post. For whatever reason, rightly or wrongly, stickies get ignored. I am on here every day and never check them, I am sure that is true for many others.

Great information on how to help but should we prioritise HSL as the first point of call for those who already have season tickets.

All proceeds will go directly to the club.
Purchasing wall tiles and new strips are good and the club will receive a % of the sale as hard cash.

However if the club receives all the donations as hard cash this is surely more beneficial to the clubs cash reserves.

Buying an NHS strip for instance, the £5 donation for the sponsor to be printed has been pledged to go directly to the Community Foundation.

I’m not advocating we don’t buy any of the above, merely if any supporter is looking to back the club. HSL surely is the best option here.

Good post. HSL is the best way to get the cash straight to the club without a cost to the club.
