Imagine the plaudits she'd get if she had the grace to accept whatever the final outcome is given the circumstances. Instead she's scrambling to patch the hole in the boat when it's already sunk in terms of her financial mismanagement and now blaming players.

However she was setting it all up they just couldn't sustain it immediately the games stopped. Only ever a few games away from her business "model" collapsing.

Aberdeen chairman on BBC Scotland website said today "Cormack believes if Scottish football does not resume until late July or early August, there will be no "choice but to call the league" as it stands."

Just at a couple of years should be fine. They will still be arrogant, blinkered, brainwashed and incapable of discussing football but they are still our nearest rivals. My god they will be moaning that will be not be able to increase the gap in derby wins. Don't laugh you know they will mention it. I'll wait till relegation is confirmed before having a celebration tipple

And yes there are far more important things like making sure the whole shambles of a way this has been handled on all fronts has been learned from and for once making sure all the horrendous hubris and total ineptitude is avoided. Possibly for the holy ground but the more we find out about the govts handling of this the more angrier I get. Be safe.

50 years in the lower divisions wouldn't be enough for me.

Part of the problem is that we are all feeling our way here. But my employer’s take on it is that employees need to consent to furlough.

Been a season ticket holder x2 for many years now and to be honest at the point where unless the Scottish game is administered in a fair and proper manner what is the point of it all. Clubs can spend what they want outwith their means gaining an unfair sporting advantage then go t!ts up dumping all their debt and start again awash with cash to do the same thing all over again !!
I have not renewed my season tickets yet....

The football debt rule is the reason HMRC never vote for a CVA with a football club.

The impression I get from the Old Trout's latest reincarnation of the truth, is that the players will be on furlough, and obviously getting £2,500 per month. The bold Trout, using the Article 12 suspension clause, now introduces a twist whereby she is now contemplating paying the players a percentage of their salary, over and above the £2,500, because she's a really good person and doing them a favour! All on the basis that hertz are a big famous club. She doesn't need to do this.
If anyone in the media or social media says different, they must be lying.
(She says negotiations with the players regarding that percentage continues, and that is maybe an indication that she is not particularly comfortable with the legality of Clause 12.)
She's got herself into this mess because she jumped in with both feet far too early, within hours, of football being suspended. Her solution was the threat of wage cuts, cancelling contracts, taking legal action against whoever, etc.
The rest of football took time to analyse what it meant to them, and then to act accordingly. Most people do this, even if it is subconsciously.
She's a ******* chancer!

Don't know what he earns, probably easy £9k+ pw? Not bad for a guy who plays around half a season, every season. And STILL bums himself into the national team. Just W T F?

Is this the same as the pre-record? Generosity of the club?? Does she mean the lucrative contracts?

2- If admin comes along a second time, you must pay football debts, is this why you’re trying to reduce the contracts you negotiated by 50%?
3- League rules states they can finish whenever they choose. What could you argue, especially given the circumstances with the worldwide pandemic, that you think they’d bend the rules...again?
