    The man is clearly bonkers!

He's called of a state visit to Denmark reportedly because "based on Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen's comments, that she would have no interest in discussing the purchase of Greenland, I will be postponing our meeting scheduled in two weeks for another time".

He just needs distracted from Greenland for a bit.

I've heard that amongst the countless valuable minerals in Beigeland there's priceless dust particles that make orange hair look more natural. The country's probably for sale so if he can find it he'll surely offer them one of his super fantastic deals.

Could we offer to sell him Northern Ireland and make the border his problem.

He’s stupid enough to go for it.

I see he's cancelled a meeting with the Danish PM because the Danes refused to sell Greenland

In more positive news, he’s taking away the the time limits on how long they can keep immigrant children in cages.

I can’t believe that people will still visit USA on holiday.

But, but Disneyland doesn’t cut it for me.

Has anybody told him it's not very green?
Or does he have an eye on the future?

The tragic thing is that, as Trump’s sociopathic illness develops to a scale where he will be impeached or an election is declared, he has millions of right wing extremist followers who will defend his insane values. I see this ending in tears with gross civil unrest and a state of national emergency.

I watched his G7 press conference earlier as each time I see him it just reminds me how utterly crazy half of America must be to elect such an out and out imbecile.

It looks like the American economy is on the brink of recession, so be prepared to see Trump trying to win re-election by reverting to racism more than ever. It's going to be all he has left during the 2020 campaign; it's the only thing that will energise his core vote. It's going to get extremely unpleasant, and I don't think we've seen the worst of his character yet. He will do/say anything that will help him win.

Of course it is. Earlier this year Pennsylvania elected its first ever Muslim to its legislature. Well, a Republican put her right back in her box, reminding her who is top dug in the land of the free. She's a true follower of Christ....who makes sure the pesky Muslim knows America loves Israel.

At least Trump has sacked that neo-con lunatic John Bolton as National Security Advisor. That's good news.

I was joking mate; well half joking, as, although the USA constitutionally has separation of church and state, it is a very religious society. The Republican Party in particular relies upon millions of evangelical Christians in its voter base. The religious right has taken over the Republicans, hence we see the mass movement to criminalise abortion and roll back gay rights legislation. Not a religious state, but a very religious country.

My 1st HIbs.net whoosh moment. We are bonded bros forever now

you saw my point was constitutional (rather e.g political parties / bible belt)..... Cant disagree re Rep party comments. Huge hispanic community too in US... but not really sure US is "very" religious. Theres 350,000,000 of them. Wonder how many actually worship their gods in reality! Fundamentalists of religions do appear to make the most noise though, so I definately can see where people get the feeling that it is very religious.
