That’s a very important point you make about giving yourself something to focus on. I’ve been going through an extended rough spell, and I alway find that giving myself something to look forward to helps a bit. For me it has to be something that doesn’t involve a lot of interaction with people other than my family( I’ve not made the last few hibs games despite having a season ticket).
